 williamholmes Bill Holmes  Bill is a member in the Morgantown office and a native of Wellsburg, West Virginia. His primary areas of practice are corporate law, real estate law, bankruptcy, commercial and residential lending, and workers' compensation. Bill has extensive experience throughout West Virginia in real estate law. He graduated with the degree Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, with a major in Accounting from West Virginia University in 1975. He earned his J.D. from West Virginia University in 1979. Bill is a member of the West Virginia State Bar. He is admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is also admitted to the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia

He also holds elected positions on the First Congressional District Executive Committee, Thirteenth Senatorial District Executive Committee, and the Forty Third District House of Delegates Executive Committee. Nick is very involved in the community not only as an elected official but also as the member of many community boards. He sits on the Board of Directors for the West Virginia Municipal League, Fairmont General Hospital Inc, Clay Center for the Arts, as well as Fairmont Renaissance Corporation. He is involved in the City of Fairmont Planning Commission, the Vandalia Redevelopment Corporation, Marion County’s Multi-Modal Transportation study, and the Fairmont Community

 brucemcdanielBruce McDaniel  Bruce McDaniel has served 33 years in public utility management. He served as Utility Manger for the City of Fairmont from 1982 to 1997 when he became the City Manager of the City of Fairmont. He has received state and national honors and awards from the Water Environment Federation and the American Water Works Association. He is a past WV section chair of the AWWA, a past president of the WV Water Environment Association, and has served the Water Environment Federation board as the WVWEA director. He was past president for both the Marion County United Way and Kiwanis Club of Fairmont, and presently serves as president for the Mountaineer Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. Mr. McDaniel is a graduate of Leadership Marion, a member of Action Marion, and a graduate of leadership WV. Born in Huntington and raised in St. Albans, he now resides on Peacock Lane in Fairmont with his wife Thelma. Mr. McDaniel has a son and a daughter.
 Frank Kerekes   Frank Kerekes is a native of Fairmont, WV. He graduated from East Fairmont High School, and later from West Virginia University with a B.S. degree in Industrial Management. Following graduation from WVU, Mr. Kerekes served two years in the U.S. Army. He was a military police officer stationed with the 101st Airborne Division in Viet Nam. After his discharge from the Army, he worked for five years with the Comptroller of the Currency, a division of the U.S. Treasury Department, as a National Bank Examiner. In 1977, Mr. Kerekes joined the staff of First National Bank in Fairmont. He held numerous positions with the bank, including Vice President, Executive Vice President, and President. He was also a director of the bank. In 1994, First National Bank was purchased by WesBanco Bank, Inc. At WesBanco, Mr. Kerekes served as an Executive Vice President and a director. He was responsible for all commercial lending activities in WesBanco's North Central Region. In 2003, Mr. Kerekes took early retirement after thirty-one years in the banking profession. Then, in 2005, he came out of retirement and joined BCBank, Inc. as a Vice President where his primary function was the construction and development of BCBank's Fairmont branch. Mr. Kerekes has been actively involved with numerous civic and charitable organizations throughout his banking career.
 C. Brent Skidmore   C. Brent Skidmore is Senior Vice President of Business Development and the senior commercial lender at First Exchange bank.  Brent has 20 plus years of banking experience working out of First exchange Bank offices in Fairmont and Morgantown.  Brent is a 1978 graduate of Webster County High School and received his Business Administration degree from Fairmont State College in 1982.  Brent received  his diploma from the Graduate School of Banking, University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1995  .Prior to joining First exchange Bank in 1999, Brent was Vice President of Lending and Senior Lending at an independent community bank in Morgantown with primary duties in commercial lending. In addition to his duties at First exchange Bank, Brent is very active in the community.  Brent is Past President and current board member of the Fairmont State Foundation Inc., board member of The Community Foundation of North Central West Virginia, member of the Marion County Development Authority, board member of the Marion County Chamber of Commerce, board member of North Central WV Home Builders Association.  Past President of Main Street Fairmont, an organization dedicated to economic revitalization of downtown business district, past President of South Fairmont Rotary Club, past President of of Morgantown Kiwanis Club, past board member of Fairmont Community Development Partnership, an organization focusing on neighborhood revitalization and low income housing in Fairmont.  Past board member of Finance Committee, member and former Division Leader with United Way of Marion County, past board member of Fairmont Renaissance Corporation, an organization focusing on developing and implementing strategies to revitalize the core city of Fairmont. Brent resides in Fairmont with his wife Mara and son Curtis.
 Dr. Thomas Krepel   Dr. Tom Krepel became the President of Fairmont State University on June 30, 2009.  A lifelong educator, Dr. Krepel has extensive experience in postsecondary education and public policy processes. Dr. Krepel is a native of Nebraska.  He received all three of his degrees (B.S., M.Ed., Ph.D.) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  From 1986 to 1990 he worked in several capacities at UNL including Assistant to the Chancellor and Director of University Relations and as a member of the graduate faculty.  He also was on the staff of Nebraska Legislature for several years while doing graduate work at UNL.  He began his career in education as a junior high social studies teacher.  He also has served as an assisitant professor in the Department of Education Leadership and Foundations at the University of New Orleans in Louisiana and was an associate professor and a member of the graduate faculty at St. Cloud State university in Minnesota.  For five years, Dr. Krepel was Dean of University Outreach at Texas A&M University Corpus Cristi and a member of the graduate faculty in educational administration.  Dr Krepel served for one year as Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs and seven years as President at Chadron State College in Chadron Nebraska.  Prior to joining Fairmont State University, Dr. Krepel served for four years as Assistant to the President ay Northern Illinois University.  Dr. Krepel served over fifteen years as a member of the volunteer emergency response (i.e., fire, emergency, medical) service in Nebraska.  He has an extensive record of service in other civic and community affairs, including PTA, United Way and community strategic planning. Dr. Krepel and his wife Carol have twin sons Philip and Patrick

 Tina Shaw   Tina Shaw is President of the Marion County Chamber of Commerce.  She began her career with the Chamber in 1998 as the Program Coordinator and was promoted to her current role in 2003.  She is a graduate of Fairmont State and a life long resident of Marion County.  She and her husband Dave reside in Fairmont and have four sons.
