Currently, Marion County does not require a business license; however, the City of Fairmont and other municipalities within the County do require a business license. To apply for a license, one must contact the City or municipality.

 

Business licenses for the State of West Virginia are required and can be secured through the Secretary of State (see http://www.wv.gov )
